Dijour Ventures stays small on purpose. We'd rather have twenty people who can own a problem end to end than a hundred organized into disciplines that email each other. That shapes who we hire: designers who can read the code they're specifying, and engineers who care what the thing feels like at 60fps. We're not always hiring: but we're always reading, so if that describes you, introduce yourself.
How we work
Principals lead every engagement. There's no bench, no account layer between you and the problem, and no phase where design finishes and engineering 'takes over.' You'll ship real systems for real teams from your first project.
What we look for
Range and rigor. We want people who are genuinely strong on one side of the design/engineering seam and fluent on the other: and who default to measuring before arguing.
How to reach us
There's no portal. Send us something you've made and a note about how you think. A principal reads every submission, and we reply even when the timing isn't right.
